Learn to SCUBA Dive

On completion of all three components (pool, classroom, and open water certification) this will lead to a NAUI Scuba Diver Certification.

Cost of the HHUC “Learn to Scuba Dive” Training Course:

  • The cost of the course (pool and classroom) is $300 for U of T students, $450 for public.
  • Plus the cost of your basic gear: mask, fins, snorkel, and weights for the pool work (we will tell you what we recommend the first night of the course, approx. $150-250),
  • and the open water certification weekend (~$700-1000, June 8-9th) or Referral – URP

Winter Course 2025: (10 weeks)

First Class: Jan 14th, 2025

Reading week: (no class)

Last Class: April 12th, 2025

Where:

  • Tuesdays 8:00pm to 11:00pm – Athletic Centre Pool
  • Thursdays 7:30pm to 9:00pm – Online
