Guest Speaker: Kevin Magee
How well do you know the International Space Station or what happens aboard it on a daily basis? Kevin Magee is an accomplished scuba diver, shipwreck historian and mechanical engineer with the space program. He describes the International Space Station, and how it was built into the impressive laboratory that it is today. Learn about some of the important research and experiments aboard the International Space Station.

Kevin Magee Bio:
Kevin Magee began snorkeling as a kid in Florida, became a certified scuba diver in 1984, and is a mechanical engineer living in the U.S. His work involves the development of space experiments, including their design, fabrication, assembly, testing and flight operations. These experiments investigate the fundamental physics and behavior of combustion and fluids in microgravity. He has worked on projects of the Space Shuttle, International Space Station, sounding rockets, drop towers and parabolic aircraft. In 2001 he co-founded Cleveland Underwater Explorers, Inc. “CLUE” is a non-profit corporation whose members include divers and historians dedicated to researching, locating, exploring and documenting the shipwrecks and submerged history of the Great Lakes.
